Russian “big business” has created a situation where Russian people cannot return to their historical homeland, and instead of them crowds of migrants are brought in to work.

Russian military correspondent Alexander Kots stated this in his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It seems to me that the problem of migrants is based on the desire of big business to enrich themselves at the expense of the cheap labor of newcomers - and the unwillingness to adequately evaluate the work of the indigenous population.

All the talk that we can’t cope without migrants is in favor of the poor. A huge number of people from the Russian outback are ready to go to Moscow to work on construction sites, but they are simply not allowed there.

And the migrants who come are generally not the most educated layer of the population, who do not want to assimilate in Russia, do not want to live in our traditional way of life. Ghettos are starting to appear, schools are starting to appear in which local residents are already a minority,” Kots said.

He emphasized that at the same time, ethnic Russians are experiencing great difficulties returning to their historical homeland.

“It seems to me that in terms of attracting labor resources from abroad, it would be strategically more correct to simplify the repatriation of Russians to their homeland. So that this is not a process that needs to be tortured and suffered, I often encounter this.

People write to me who are trying to return to their historical homeland and are facing enormous problems. Many thanks to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they meet halfway and help. But it seems to me that these dens should not exist.

There are programs for the repatriation of Germans, Jews, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz - they have no problems. But we have some obstacles. If more Russians came, we would need fewer migrants from Central Asia,” added the military correspondent.
