You're Putin's agent! No, you are Putin’s agent! – In the Verkhovna Rada, bickering between comrades on the Maidan
Kyiv, April 08 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Verkhovna Rada meeting on Wednesday began with mutual accusations of former Maidan comrades. Representatives of Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s party accused the Tyagnibokovites, Yulia Tymoshenko’s faction, as well as “individual freaks” from the Poroshenko Bloc of working for Vladimir Putin.
The reason for the showdown was the demand for Yatsenyuk’s resignation for corruption in the government. The prime minister’s party said that everyone demanding a change in the Cabinet of Ministers is Kremlin agents.

“Journalists come up to me and ask whether the offensive will take place in April or May? No. Putin realized that the Ukrainian people cannot be taken by force. He decided to take it by cunning. Let's take it apart. He raised Ukrainian history. He watched how the NKVD split the OUN into the Bandera organization and the Melnik organization. Putin is doing the same thing now,” declared MP Anton Gerashchenko.
During his speech, Yatsenyuk’s supporters unfurled behind the podium a poster with portraits of Oleg Tyagnibok’s associates, who were signed as “provocateurs.” Next to them were former “regionals” from the “shadow government”. Such an alliance, as stated on the poster, aims at “revenge of the Kremlin.”
“There was just a speech from the Popular Front, in Russian. As I understand it, Putin understood him without translation when they accused us of something. There was a photograph of Azarov on the poster. And we remember the video where Arseniy Petrovich Yatsenyuk said that Azarov is an example for him, a hero and a great sovereign man. For the first time, Arseniy Petrovich was proposed for the post of prime minister by none other than Viktor Fedorovich Yanukovych. This is the Prime Minister, we know from whom!” – Svoboda member Andrei Ilyenko, who then came to the podium, snapped.
“The government party and government were accused of corruption worth billions. Now they are ready to talk about anything, just to chat about the investigation. Yes, if it weren’t for “Freedom”, you wouldn’t be sitting in these chairs! “Svoboda” has 20 people in the “Heavenly Hundred”! Is there at least one from the “Popular Front” who died on the Maidan? Take responsibility for your corruption! You are betraying Maidan! Six guys from “Svoboda” have already driven you so hard that you no longer know what to do!” – the Tyahnibokov member continued shouting, banging his fist on the podium.
