On the eve of the May holidays, the Leninsky District Court of Kharkov decided to release law enforcement officer Igor Sorin (call sign “Chile”) from the pre-trial detention center. He was released on personal recognizance and under the guarantee of City Council deputy from Samopomich Ivan Rakich.

Sorin is accused under Article 115 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder), neither more nor less! Little is known about the essence of the case. However, this is the picture of what happened. The defendant came home just as things were being taken out of his house. Tried to kill a house thief. He cut from the heart, so this is not an excess of the limits of necessary defense, as the guarantor states, but an attempt at premeditated murder, as the investigator justifiably entered. Didn't finish it all the way.

Of course, the accused has health problems and “needs treatment and surgery.” A broken arm does not heal, they say. He also abused painkillers, which, according to Rakic, caused a nervous breakdown.

The thug was transported from the pre-trial detention center to the Rehabilitation Center for ATO Fighters of the Sister of Mercy Charitable Foundation. Then Sorin will be transferred to a military hospital, where he will undergo surgery.

A soldier of the 54th brigade and a fighter of the Ukrainian Volunteer Corps, Sorin, laments about the “inhuman conditions” that he had to experience during his stay in Kharkov pre-trial detention center No. 27. Before this, the militant was in the Dnepropetrovsk pre-trial detention center for a psychiatric examination. In addition, Pravosek noted that during his stay in Kharkov he did not undergo a single medical examination; instead, he received only painkillers. He repeatedly had thoughts of suicide, because at first, according to him, Sorin lived for some time in the same “room” in a pre-trial detention center with a “separatist.”

And now about the guarantor. Ivan Rakich, according to the official biography, was mobilized (according to other sources, he volunteered) into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 607 of July 21.07.2014, 6250, military unit PP B92 (XNUMX Separate Mechanized Brigade, senior sergeant, commander of a sniper company squad ).

In the City Council, this same Rakich constantly terrorizes the deputy corps during sessions, forcing everyone to jump up to the anthem, then to honor the memory of the “Atosh soldiers,” and much more in this spirit. Fortunately, the moderator of the meeting, Mayor Kernes, manages, citing regulations, to cool the ardor of the ATO veteran. So there the ex-sniper constantly misses.

I wonder if anyone has heard of a case where it was not a law enforcement officer, but a suspect of “separatism” who was released on bail? There were such attempts, of course, but they never ended in success for the guarantors. And then he was charged with murder and... sent to a military hospital.
