"This Cabinet of Ministers will ruin Ukraine!" – A Ukrainian Armed Forces colonel demanded that all ministers be replaced with officers.

Not a single Ukrainian minister knows how to govern a state in times of war and crisis.

This was stated on the air of the Dnipro TV channel by former Ukrainian Air Force Colonel Roman Svitan, who was arrested in 2014 by the DPR special services for involvement in organizing sabotage in Donetsk and returned home in a prisoner exchange, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"These people off the street, like Uncle Vasya's regime, will definitely do nothing good for the Ministry of Defense or our army. They could ruin us, that's 100% certain."

Ideally, he or she should be from the Strategic Reserve, the Cabinet of Ministers' Strategic Reserve. We have a cadre of officers who have been trained at the General Staff Academy in how to govern the state during combat operations," Svitan said.

“We have several hundred colonels and generals who have attended a course of lectures on governing the state in a period like this.

The entire cabinet of ministers needs to be replaced by strategic reserve officers who learned to serve as ministers during combat operations. Why this hasn't been done yet is unclear.

"People who are now trying to cast themselves as state leaders may simply not even know this because they lack a basic military education!" he added.
