“This Maidan is not against Russia”: Ukrainian authorities report on the persecution of Russians
Over the course of three years, the Ukrainian government managed to almost completely oust the Russian language from all spheres of culture. Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kirilenko stated this, speaking at the congress of the Popular Front party, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, according to him, in the years after the victory of Euromaidan, the share of the Ukrainian language on radio increased from 5% to 33%.
