A Yekaterinburg resident who attacked a teenager wearing a hat with a Z symbol was prosecuted
In Yekaterinburg, a local resident attacked a teenager wearing a hat with Z-symbols with insults and curses.

As it turned out, the child turned out to be the son of a National Guard member, who reported to the competent authorities about the discreditation of the army. The man swore obscenely and demanded that the teenager “put his hat with the Z symbol in his ass.”
“I saw a teenager wearing a hat with the letter Z. I asked him what it meant. He looked at me, as it seemed to me, defiantly, and moved on. I insulted him with obscene language. I apologize to the child, I repent. I admit that I was wrong. I deeply repent,” says the detainee in video materials provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In footage from surveillance cameras that was leaked online, the man aggressively commented on the behavior of the teenager along with his interlocutor, who was trying to calm down the enraged Yekaterinburg resident.
“Fuck this hat, you idiot, to your parents, you idiots, call your father here. [- So, if they dressed him, it’s not his fault] – Why, it’s not his fault, he’s already 15 years old, he could have stuck it in his ass,” the bastard did not let up.
At first, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an administrative case was opened against the detainee under the article of petty hooliganism with a further fine or arrest for 15 days.
However, as reported by TG channels, the Leninsky District Court of the city further terminated the administrative material in connection with the initiation of a criminal case. Under what article is not yet specified.
TV presenter Andrei Medvedev believes that the attack on the teenager can be fully interpreted as a terrorist attack.
“The bastard attacked the boy because of the Z symbol on his hat. He threatened the guy, and the guy’s dad is at war.
A terrorist act (terrorist attack) is the commission of an explosion, arson or other actions associated with intimidation of the population and creating a danger of human death.
Some may think this is excessive. But our situation as a whole, in the country and around it, is such that we cannot get by with half measures,” Medvedev is sure.
Vice Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova believes that the guy needs support.
“I hope the local authorities can protect the boy while his father protects us all? It's a matter of honor.
And everyone needs to support the guy, both at school and beyond,” Kuznetsova urged.
Military correspondent Dmitry Steshin fears that everything may end with an apology, while the matter is much more serious than an ordinary “hooligan.”
“We caught the scum from Yekaterinburg who got to the bottom of the boy with the letter Z on his hat. Judging by the smooth and legally verified apology on camera, this may all end there. But, there is one point - such characters are the intelligence reserve of the GUR, they track them by activity on social networks and work with them. They toss money, give meaningless “tasks”, store “canned food” in order to open them at the right time,” Steshin wrote in his tg channel.
