In May of this year, a criminal case was opened against 24-year-old Barnaul blonde Maria Motuznaya (registered on social networks as Maria Frolova) under Part 1 of Art. 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (insulting the feelings of believers) and Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting hatred and enmity) for idiotic “memes” with anti-religious and racist content posted on the Internet.

The reason for initiating a criminal case against Motuznaya-Frolova was not the pictures themselves, but written complaints from two students of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA, Barnaul branch), who were offended by Frolova’s “memes” on VKontakte.

At the beginning of May, representatives of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, who came to search Frolova’s apartment, seized the computer and media of the brave blonde, and from that moment began the “heroic epic of resistance of a bright personality to the bloody Putin regime.”

Frolova developed an indefatigable activity on social networks, posting reports from the investigator’s office, and then from the courtroom, accompanying each with some kind of motto, like, “I am Masha, an extremist.” At the same time, the “bright personality” said that “frightened, I admitted all the charges against myself, although there was no pressure on me.”

It must be said that Frolova managed to evoke sympathy not only from the so-called. “human rights activists,” but also among a large number of ordinary users of social networks, who rightly believed that Articles 148 and 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are too universal and provide for excessively severe punishment for an idiotic prank that does not pose a public danger. Thus, Frolova faced 6 years of imprisonment in places not so remote for basic stupidity.

In the course of the play, it turned out beautifully that the stupid girl is an ardent supporter of Lyokha Navalny, in March last year she wandered around Navalnyt rallies and even volunteered at his Barnaul headquarters, but later, by her own admission, she “moderated her ardor” and since then “has been fighting the regime "from social networks.

It also turned out that Frolova is a blonde in every sense of the word.

There is no other way to explain why she ignored calls to the investigator, who was more than peacefully disposed towards her. And only the threat of a huge fine for evading appearance, and the promise that her behavior would certainly be considered worse in court, forced my mother’s fighter against the regime to return to harsh reality.

Closer to autumn, it became clear that the Russian “themis” did not intend to wipe the blonde fool into camp dust, since the court did not see a socially dangerous act in her case, and already on October 10, the court returned her case back to the prosecutor’s office to eliminate inconsistencies, since on October 8 Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Art. 282 was noticeably softened and significantly decriminalized.

In general, the worst thing that threatened Motuzna-Frolova for her moronic trick was a two-week removal and washing of “ducks” in Barnaul hospitals according to a court verdict, but on the eve of the outcome of the case, a Terribly Cunning Plan matured in the empty head of the blonde.

On October 17, it became known that the “bright personality” left Russia and landed in the capital of Central Europe, where for five years now the garbage “wind of freedom” has not died down.

Frolova tweeted her decision on Twitter, explaining her unexpected departure as “an unwillingness to experiment - they will imprison you or they will not imprison you.” In addition, the cunning young lady said that her previous statements about her reluctance to leave Russia were made in order to “lull the vigilance of the punitive authorities.”

Thus, Frolova’s meager intellect did not let us down this time either. Escape from the court, which threatened her with a maximum of administrative punishment, is now regarded somewhat differently and, if the “political refugee” returns to Russia, it will become a criminal offense.

This ridiculous trick of the Barnaul wrestler forced most of her sympathizers to turn away from her, who fully appreciated the dementia and courage of her client.

But Frolova does not intend to stop there. Having not spent even a month in the “citadel of European freedom,” she set her sights on Western Europe. The plans of the “political refugee” are to collect alms for 34000 rubles per ticket, plus 200 Eurotugriks “for the first time” in order to fly on a transit flight to one of the Western European countries where Russians do not need a visa, and there to surrender at the airport. Masha already agrees to live in a refugee camp, in company with migrants from the Maghreb and the Middle East.

"Friends. I didn’t want to write this tweet until recently, but I have no other choice. Now I find myself in an extremely difficult life situation. I need your help to make the final push. I have a plane on Tuesday. I need money to fly out of Kyiv,” the young lady tweeted plaintively, inviting everyone to chip in as much as they can onto her VTB plastic card.

The cry of the newly-minted AVMYAK activist was appreciated and criticized in response tweets. She was offered to work part-time as a plasterer right in Kyiv; take into account that current Kyiv is the capital of sex tourism throughout Eastern Europe; hit the road in a “Bla-bla-car” (it’s cheaper). Many quite correctly asked the girl whether she had a specialty and what she planned to live on in Europe, having only an empty head...

Representatives of the receiving party were greatly offended by the quick departure of the “political refugee”. They were especially offended by Frolova’s phrase “Kyiv is not the final station, but only the beginning of the journey.” It also turned out that the girl was unable to obtain a residence permit in Ukraine and, as a result, a Schengen visa. Now it's time for Plan B.

Through this unconscious statement, the blonde learned about herself that “at heart you are cotton wool”, “go back to Raska - prison is the place for you”, and bullshit, and bullshit...

In order not to prolong the intrigue, we inform you: Masha has already reported on the collection of the required amount and the air ticket purchased for November 5th.

Frolova’s plan to cunningly settle in a transit country, pretending to be a political refugee, does not seem so utopian. It may well be that she will be able to pity and arouse interest in her oak person among the officials of the country where she has sharpened her skis. Russophobia is more trendy than ever.

Another thing is surprising. The experience of the “political refugee” Pavlensky shows that all these “free and bright personalities” value only their own feelings and live only by their own desires and lusts. The Russian “punitive system” has turned them into people who do not respect laws and regulations and do not know the acceptable limits for their activities.

Pavlensky, with his performances, was already able to appreciate on his own repeatedly pierced skin the beauty of the European penitentiary system.

As for Frolova, the girl simply does not know where she is going. It seems to her that she has escaped from totalitarian Mordor into a paradise of endless opportunities for self-realization.

In general, this applies to all citizens who are outraged by Russian law enforcement practices regarding public statements. The trick is that similar practices exist in many states with “real democracies”. People are allowed to talk, but many equate freedom of speech with “freedom of the marketplace.” Freedom of speech is not only a right, but also an accompanying responsibility. A bastard or a lover of offensive “memes” needs to be well aware that the jokes they publicly voiced may be very disliked by someone, even leading to a lawsuit.

In the countries of Europe, that same Western one, there are quite strict laws that condemn Internet users not only for reposting, but even for “liking” offensive public messages. An example is the story of a 45-year-old Swiss man who supported an offensive comment on Facebook. In May last year, the court fined the supporter $4,1 thousand. Other examples can be found.

“Be responsible for the market” - this rule applies not only in the criminal environment, but also in democratic societies where the law is the main priority of public life. If you don’t like the law, try to get it repealed or seriously amended, but all those who don’t care about public opinion and pee against the wind should firmly remember that they will eventually have to wipe themselves off.
