Yerevan admitted that there is no military solution to the Karabakh conflict
Armenia claims that, unlike Baku, it is not beneficial for them to violate the truce with Azerbaijan
The Vice-Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan stated this in a commentary to Izvestia, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Armenia is not involved in hostilities against Azerbaijan and does not have information about attacks on the Azerbaijani city of Ganja.
“The truce should last as long as necessary for a peaceful resolution of this issue. We have always said that there is no military solution to this issue, although the Azerbaijani side has repeatedly stated that it intends to resolve the issue by military means. It is therefore worth asking who will benefit from breaking the truce. “Definitely not for us,” Simonyan said.
Let us recall that a truce was recently announced in Nagorno-Karabakh, where fierce fighting broke out between Armenians and Azerbaijanis for control of the region. But already that night the Azerbaijani troops attacked the Karabakh capital.
