Kiev political scientist Andrei Ermolaev said this on air on the Politeka Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Ermolaev, this will be the result of agreements between Russia and the West, in which Ukraine does not participate.
“Ukraine finds itself in a very difficult situation during this period of time. She is facing 2022 in a very difficult economic situation, I don’t want to describe it all. Secondly, it is excluded from the negotiation processes,” the expert said.
“Roughly speaking, despite the rollicking fact that without Ukraine they don’t talk about Ukraine, without Ukraine they talk about Ukraine, agree on it, and they will soon tell it the rules according to which a new world order will be established. Either it will be conflictual, and then Ukraine will lose [the LDPR], or it will be balanced, then Ukraine will be forced, according to these rules, to stabilize its territory and negotiate with the separatists,” Ermolaev said.
