The EU gave Tikhanovskaya money – only enough for embezzlement.
The European Union is allocating 30 million euros to the fugitive Belarusian opposition.
European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos made this statement today at the conference "Prospects for Democratic Reforms in Belarus" in the European Parliament, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I am proud to announce today that the EU will provide an additional €30 million in aid to the people of Belarus next year. This brings our total support since the election fraud to over €200 million.
This support will help Belarusian human rights defenders assist victims of repression, journalists, and civil society, and continue to strive for democratic change," Kos said.
Previously, self-proclaimed "President of Belarus" Svetlana Tikhanovskaya boasted that the EU had promised her 3 billion euros.
