The EU and NATO are already in favor of autonomy for Donbass

There are increasingly frequent calls around the world to grant Donbass autonomous status within Ukraine. Expert of the Institute of Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Igor Koziy stated this on TV channel 24.

“It’s not just the head of the Italian Foreign Ministry who talks about this. NATO, the European Union, and Donald Tusk speak about this openly. What do we have? This question should be addressed to Bankovaya and Grushevsky. We must understand what is happening in the end,” Koziy said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the day before Italian Foreign Minister Paolo Gentilon said that Ukraine should grant autonomy to Donbass. The politician said this in an interview with the newspaper La Stampa, according to the website of the Italian ministry.
“Italy supports Kyiv and Kyiv must carry out the necessary painful economic and constitutional reforms, including granting autonomy to Donbass,” Gentilon said.
