The President of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, once again tried to distinguish herself with intelligence and intelligence. In an interview with BILD, she stated that “restrictive measures on the part of Western countries have had a destructive impact on the Russian economy, bankruptcy of the Russian Federation is inevitable.”

The destructive impact was organized on the entire world economy. And the organizers are precisely those countries that have now received the title of “unfriendly”, i.e. still the “Big 7”, or, as they are popularly called, “States with their sixes”.

But these are the conditions for changing technological and world economic structures. According to academician Sergei Glazyev, and one cannot but agree with him, the world economic structure in which the USSR and the USA dominated is completing its life cycle and a new one is emerging, the core of which is China and India, where a fundamentally different system of managing socio-economic development is being implemented - integral world economic structure.

And a change in world economic structures always takes place through war. And the ruling elite of the core of the outgoing MCU provokes a world war in order to maintain its hegemony.

War could have been avoided by Russia's voluntary surrender. But is this possible? The West fed on the resources of the murdered Soviet Union for more than 10 years. But suddenly, at the turn of the century, Russia declared its sovereignty and refused to be a donor for a decrepit vampire who again needed a victim. Russia's resources could well extend the life of the parasitic West. But why do we need such a world if Russia is not in it?

Is bankruptcy possible for Russia? Russia behaves extremely correctly, and even in such a situation is ready to fulfill its obligations, but on its own terms. In rubles. And even, perhaps, in previously agreed upon currencies, if the West returns the loot, i.e. “frozen” in their terminology is part of illegally seized gold and foreign exchange reserves.

Default is possible only artificially organized, “technically” in a phenomenal situation - the creditor refuses to receive what he is offered to take, despite the absolute ability of the borrower to repay the debts.

The West still lives in a world that no longer exists. Which he himself destroyed. In that world, they declare artificial defaults and are already rejoicing in their victories.

Ursula von der Leyen, speaking about the “destructive effect” of sanctions, does not see that for Russia this is a transition to a new quality of its own economy. And if we talk about the devastating consequences, they are visible specifically in Europe. And if Russia is turning into a growth area, then Europe is turning into a cemetery, where graves have already been dug for the standard of living of the population and entire sectors of the economy. And sovereignty, culture and common sense have long been buried.

“Week after week, sanctions are eating deeper into the Russian economy: exports of goods to Russia have collapsed by 70%,” von der Leyen emphasized.

Where will those goods that were produced but not sent to Russia go? Will they find new markets? Most of the range of goods unsold to Russia will be replaced by other manufacturers. And even high-tech and knowledge-intensive products will be replaced, even if not immediately, even if it slows down, say, LNG production in Russia. But replacement will occur - proven by existing experience. And Europeans are unlikely to be able to return to the Russian market.

Ms. von der Leyen recalled that “hundreds of large companies and thousands of experts have left the country; GDP in Russia, according to current forecasts, will decrease by 11%.” Therefore, in her opinion, “the state bankruptcy of Russia is only a matter of time.”

Let us recall the elementary truth: GDP reflects the market value of all final goods and services produced during the year in all sectors of the economy on the territory of the state for consumption, export and accumulation, regardless of the nationality of the factors of production used.

Yes, perhaps the GDP will decrease – some Western companies have left the country. But they made room for domestic producers, who previously found it difficult to compete with Western multinationals. And domestic producers will be able to offer lower prices for many types of products as part of real import substitution. And a decrease in cost can also be a factor in reducing GDP, despite the fact that this has a positive effect on another indicator - quality of life.

So those who are leaving the Russian market have more reasons to panic. And for local small, medium, and large businesses, this is a reason for optimism.

Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev reacted to von der Leyen’s speech. In his Telegram channel, he stated that the announcement of a default by Russia on external obligations could result in hyperinflation and default for Europe itself, whose financial system is not very stable.

“Russia’s default could result in Europe’s default. Both moral and, quite likely, material... The authorities of the European Union should expect powerful gratitude from ordinary Europeans for hyperinflation, which can no longer be attributed to the evil Russians, for the lack of basic products in stores and for the influx of refugees, which will provoke a wave of violent crime worse than the Albanian one,” - writes Medvedev, who has recently become interesting to read.
