The EU has published a list of Russians who face sanctions because of south-eastern Ukraine
Brussels - Moscow - Kyiv, April 08 (Navigator, Mikhail Stamm) - It has become known about a new expanded list of Russian citizens to whom EU visa and financial sanctions may be applied in the event of an escalation of the situation in Ukraine. According to Kommersant, the five-page “non-exhaustive list of Russian individuals and organizations” lists 130 people.

Those on the list from which candidates for punishment will be selected are divided into five groups.
The first included members of legislative bodies - the list includes all members of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs and the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, the entire composition of the State Duma Council, a number of deputies, including Alexei Pushkov and Vladimir Komoedov, deputy chairmen of the Federation Council, senators Alexander Torshin and Ilyas Umakhanov.
The second included all members of the Russian Security Council, with the exception of President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The third group is the security forces, including Deputy Minister of Defense Anatoly Antonov, head of the main department of international military cooperation Sergei Koshelev, deputy head of the General Staff Igor Sergun, head of the FSB military counterintelligence department Alexander Bezverkhny.
In the fourth group (business) not a single name was named.
The fifth group includes journalists from Gazprom-Media, Rossiya TV channels, Russia Today, Channel One and NTV. In particular, these are TV personalities Mikhail Leontyev, Irada Zeynalova and Mikhail Gusman.
