The European Union condemned the leadership of Republika Srpska (an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina), which celebrated Republic Day on January 9 this year.
This was reported by Politika, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The previous evening, official Brussels strongly condemned what was said to be the “negative and inflammatory rhetoric of division” used by the leaders of the Republika Srpska during the January 9 celebrations.
It is argued that “such actions threaten the stability and European path of BiH.”
Brussels called on the political leadership of Republika Srpska to stop “unacceptable steps toward division and return to work in state institutions.”
In addition, a warning was sounded about possible sanctions.
