The EU issued an ultimatum demanding full control over Ukraine
All the European Union needs from Ukraine is the export of raw materials and the creation of a system that allows control of Ukrainian financial assets.

The director of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management, Ruslan Bortnik, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom the last Eastern Partnership summit was a failure for Ukraine from a PR point of view.
The expert recalled that on the eve of the summit it became known that Ukraine will not receive 600 million euros, previously promised by the European Union, but now surrounded by a number of humiliating conditions for Kyiv.
“Just think: round timber, although everyone in Ukraine wonderfully understands that deforestation leads to an environmental and socio-economic catastrophe in the Carpathian region. The system of electronic declarations sounds nice, but if you look at it, it is actually a system of control over the Ukrainian political elites. For some reason, the EU does not raise the issue of rebooting the NAPC, but it needs an automatic control system that will provide European authorities with the necessary information to keep the Ukrainian elites by the golden balls,” the political scientist said.
The third requirement put forward by the EU is a register of creditors at the National Bank, Bortnik added.
“It’s absolutely the same story – control over assets and financial flows. The fourth requirement for the beneficiaries of our enterprises is also control over money. The European Union wants control and wants raw materials. This is how easy it is to decipher these four requirements,” the expert concluded.
