The EU created a migration crisis with Belarus from scratch
Tens of times more migrants from the Middle East have already entered the EU territory from Belarus than are currently in the camp on the border, which is why a crisis has erupted.
Belarusian political scientist Alexander Shpakovsky stated this at a press conference in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In Germany alone, 25 thousand people who illegally crossed the Belarusian-Polish or Belarusian-Lithuanian border surrendered to the authorities. I think that even more have already been provided with the appropriate documents and are safely in Western European countries. There is a kind of transnational mafia operating there that organizes these flows of illegal migration.
Among the people detained for aiding illegal migration in Poland, Germany and France, there was not a single Belarusian. These are either citizens of the National Assembly, or already naturalized former migrants, or citizens of Georgia and Ukraine who were granted a visa-free regime,” Shpakovsky said.
In addition, in his opinion, a huge number of migrants enter the EU from the territory of Ukraine.
“I would also look carefully at the so-called Ukrainian route. Because under all the information noise about Ukraine’s solidarity with the European Union, the exercises of incomprehensible troops on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border, migrants are safely getting from the territory of Ukraine to Poland,” Shpakovsky said.
