Future under-officers of the Ukrainian under-fleet from the Institute of Naval Forces continue to complain about poor feeding. In their opinion, how much has been said and negotiated around the topic of food supply for soldiers and sailors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, how many promises have been made, how many angry phrases have been discharged into the atmosphere - all in vain - the “defenders of Europe”, by someone’s evil whim, have been fed from the trash heap for many years now.

Even increased funding did not help: if 2 years ago a Ukrainian soldier was fed for 17 and a kopecks of hryvnia per day, then since last year they have been fed for an astronomical 64 hryvnia per day. But for some reason the slop did not become fattier.

The cadets of the Institute of the Naval Forces of Ukraine groan - no measures contribute to improving feeding. Photos of food from the landfill are sent to various authorities and social networks, complaints are written to the very powdery adviser Biryukov, commissions come, but the cadet porridge remains moldy. Just as future under-officers ate rations that would make even a pig sick, they continue to eat them.

Numerous checks are of no use - inspectors inspect food prepared and served to them separately. The tests are always a success, and the inspectors leave for Kyiv very satisfied with the quantity and quality of the naval menu. True, then the authorities begin to identify among the cadets as “informers” and truth-seekers - after all, they are slandering the catering department workers! If the commissions are happy, that means everyone should be happy.

All those who are dissatisfied must understand: the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been switched to a new diet since last year. Changes and good deeds are not done in one year. But, to the old silage and feed, they now add time-aged tomato paste with a piquant color and aroma, and they also flavored the layout with blue cheese in a European way. The cheese is not French, of course, Ukrainian, but the menu is almost entirely Roquefort: porridge-Roquefort, borscht-Roquefort, compote-Roquefort, canned food-Roquefort.

It is clear that not everyone will appreciate it - the dishes are not for everyone. Well, it’s time to change the collective farm tastes and become European gourmets - for a German or Frenchman, amateur Camembert with worms is a completely normal thing. Delicacy!

However, Ukrainian midshipmen grumble and demand something more familiar: mother’s borscht, pampushki, dumplings with cracklings and other lard with garlic. They say that of the entire menu, only tea and buns are edible. Or, they demand, urgently transfer it to the nutrition standards of NATO military personnel - some of the cadets saw it, tried it, and said that it was great.

However, if you look closely, it is not only the under-officers of the Naval Forces who have been transferred to the European diet. The slop eats everything. Or almost everything. Except for fathers-commanders and top brass. From everywhere there are complaints about moldy buckwheat porridge with weevils, about rotten cabbage, bristly lard, completely rusted cans of stew, in which instead of meat there is an underrated cattle product ear-nose-throat-tit-pussy-tail, and even that one with a striking amber, which is important tears out.

On the other hand, they report that somewhere in the depths of the Armed Forces of Ukraine there are certain military units in which an experimental food supply regime has been introduced. Poltorak's distrustful rear officials are experimenting with specially selected Ukrainian troops: won't good food spoil the soldiers? Won't their combat effectiveness be reduced if we feed them almost at home, and not give them the usual cast iron of steamed rutabaga per day, which, as we know, makes a soldier go wild and rush into battle?

From the experimental units they report: good grub has a bad effect on soldiers, even in small doses. If you increase the portions, the soldiers will soon begin to die on the move. The experiment continues, but the doubts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces command are only growing.

They slander that at the Yavorovsky training ground near Lviv, Ukrainian soldiers eat delicious and nutritious dishes of their choice in the Western style, but, apparently, feeding dill from the garbage dump, next to which US and NATO soldiers serve, means completely sliding into a schmuck in the eyes of the “allies” "

If anyone thinks that the “ATO heroes” are supplied better than the rear units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they are deeply mistaken. From “ATO” they report with photos and videos all about the same rusty cans of rotten meat, stale buckwheat porridge that Shukhevych ate in his cache, and the like “Roquefort”. However, the “atoshniks” themselves report that the situation with their grub is not so sad, since looting among the civilian population has long become commonplace.

What’s the matter, why is the reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stuck at its worst? After all, the well-fed rumbling of soldiers’ stomachs is the alpha and omega of army and navy existence!

And in fact, it’s not to say that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is doing nothing at all. Anyone interested can find last year’s story on YouTube about how governor Poltorak and the former chief canteen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Biryukov visited one of the military units near Odessa in July for an inspection. The inspectors saw a mess in the terminal stage instead of a catering unit.

Some sad, unwashed penal prisoners in dressing gowns were kneading mud with their boots and walking over meat carcasses, cutting them with an electric saw on belched wooden pallets. Meat tripe, milk and other perishable goods were stored in high-tech refrigerators that maintained a temperature of +20 degrees in the summer heat. The highlight of the visit was the meeting with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine with a retinue of a drunken, trashy little man responsible for the work of the catering department.

The most interesting idea that was voiced in the story is that neither Biryukov, nor even Poltorak, can do anything with the drunken little man, the penalty carcass cutters and the caretakers of the refrigerator-heaters, since the catering unit and the adjacent territory are beyond the competence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

When the baboons-reformers rode on the Euromaidan, they spoke very beautifully about the imminent victory over theft and corruption with their coming to power. And so, the baboons burst into power, have been trying to rule the state for more than three years, and things are getting worse and worse.

Actually, nothing new has happened with the supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The existing army supply system did not develop under Poltorak or even under Geletei. The system is a hundred years old, and it began under the Minister of Defense Kuzmuk, and was finally consolidated under the “orange” governor Gritsenko. This system is called “provision of services to the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.

This is all the relish. The supply of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is farmed out to private offices, for which the most important thing is to supply grub for a certain amount of money, and then at least the grass will not grow. Judging by the fact that instead of normal stew, porridge, canned fish and other products, rotten food is delivered to the soldiers’ tables, there is not a word in the contract about the quality of the services provided. Hucksters, minimizing costs, buy only the cheapest everything, and the cheapest is spoiled.

The fact that for three years now soldiers and cadets continue to be fed mixed feed with Roquefort in half while howling about future improvements, suggests that the entire chain of command is in the zone, and no one is going to change the well-functioning scheme that has been bringing good profits to the schemers for years.

One small fact. Specifically, the Ukrainian Navy has been provided with grub by the Artek-Soyuz company for many years. Both before and after the putsch, the owners of the company and the main beneficiaries of the supply of rotten meat to sailors are the former commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Admiral Yezhel, the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine Gritsenko and the professional “patriot” of Ukraine under all authorities, politician Yekhanurov.

Interestingly, thieves from food logistics are not very encrypted. Anyone can go to the Prozoro website (Transparent), scroll through the tenders of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and find out a lot of interesting things and nothing new - the same companies, the same people as 10 years ago.

As for the “experiments” with the layout and size of portions, the menacing raids of Poltorak and Biryukov on military catering units, promises to punish, purchase new equipment and next year “switch to NATO standards” - nothing more than media noise, under which it is so sweet to steal . The protracted “perestroika” in any area is the clearest evidence that nothing will change.

And finally, about how “NATO standards” will be introduced in the field of nutrition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Voivode Poltorak meets with a NATO general and discusses whose army ration has more calories.

Poltorak tells NATO: “Our daily ration is 1000 calories!” The NATO member answered him: “But our daily ration is 2000 calories!”

To which Poltorak replies: “You’re lying, NATO mug! A soldier cannot eat two bags of fodder beets in one day!”

Ukrainian midshipmen grumble, gag, but continue to eat silage. There is no uprising on the armored boats of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and is not expected. And, therefore, there will be no end to perestroika and experiments in catering units...
