The presidential candidate of the PMR, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky stated this in an interview with Kommersant.
“Relations with Moldova and Ukraine are important to us. Why should we quarrel? We are a peace-loving state, we want normal, good, peaceful relations with our neighbors. I am ready to discuss with my neighbors issues of economic, humanitarian, cultural, and so on. And the political status chosen by our people is the independence of Transnistria with subsequent entry into Russia,” the politician said.
In turn, the publication, assuming that it would be difficult to establish normal relations with Ukraine, asked: “Whose Crimea, by the way?”
“Russian, of course. Well, whose? Why deceive each other? I call a spade a spade based on the facts of today,” Krasnoselsky emphasized.
