“Even before the New Year”: Ukraine is preparing for the battle for Ochakov

The Ukrainian Armed Forces today officially announced the occupation of three bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region, and President Vladimir Zelensky published photographs of the Ukrainian military crossing the river in motor boats, thanking them “for moving forward.”

“The point is again in Ochakov. If we secure that bridgehead on the left bank and cover Ochakov, the Russian Federation will be in the Black Sea near us. The Russian Federation understands this... I’m talking about the news about Odessa and Cameron, the drone fleet, the bridgehead and the development of events. Avdeevka and Kupyansk will be the same again.

The enemy has already seriously complicated transport links with the village of Aleshki, reports volunteer Alexei Zhivov, who is helping the North Military District fighters. All vehicles operating near the front must be equipped with drone jammers. The location of the FPV of the enemy teams must be calculated and destroyed by blows of gliding bombs. Journalist Alexey Akutin describes the enemy’s actions at the largest bridgehead of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - in the village of Krynki.

“In fact, he did not enter the operational space, and sitting in the bushes near Krynki only leads to endless losses and waste of resources. Nevertheless, knowing well the habits of the enemy, I can say that he will not leave the bridgehead voluntarily, will send more and more reserves across the Dnieper and will again try to transport heavy equipment to the left bank.”
