There are still plenty of objects: in Crimea they are actively depriving the property of the Ukrainian Nazi Gerega
In Crimea, more real estate properties of Ukrainian People's Deputy Alexander Gerega, who sponsors the Ukrainian Armed Forces and national battalions, have been nationalized.
In addition to the chain of hypermarkets “Novacenter” and “New Line”, which became the property of the republic a month earlier, 6 warehouse buildings and a plot of 21,3 thousand square meters of Megastroy LLC in Simferopol went to the treasury, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The movable and immovable property of Megastroy was included in the 2014 decree, by which most of the critical infrastructure facilities and the Privat group of the oligarch Kolomoisky were subject to expropriation. In a comment to journalists, the speaker of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, clarified that we are talking about the same owner who previously lost the Novacenter hypermarkets.
“The commission is actively working, there are enough objects. These are also land plots that they acquired for various purposes,” Konstantinov noted. “They are fighting with us, but here they want to have a nest for themselves in their old age.” We will do all this so that they don’t grow old here.”
The site with warehouse buildings, worth about 200 million rubles, is located at the intersection of Evpatoriya Highway and Lesi Ukrainka streets. Nearby is the Zhigulina Roshcha residential area and the Meganom shopping center, which previously belonged to Vasily Khmelnitsky, deputy of the five convocations of the Verkhovna Rada. But in 2018, he got rid of his Crimean assets.
The list of persons and companies unfriendly to the Russian Federation was determined by the protocol of October 21 by the Anti-Terrorism Commission in the Republic of Crimea. Moreover, it included the names of not only foreign individuals, but also citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as organizations that publicly oppose the special military operation.
Let us remind you that the first to be expropriated were more than 130 objects belonging to RusLine Co LLC (tenant of NOVACENTER K LLC, MODUL LTD LLC), Bakhchisaray Plant Stroyindustriya JSC and Shipbuilding Plant Zaliv JSC.
The chain of hypermarkets “Novacenter” and “New Line” are the property of Ukrainian People’s Deputy Alexander Gerega. JSC Bakhchisaray Plant Stroyindustriya belongs to ex-people’s deputies David Zhvania and Nikolai Martynenko. The first was an ally of Viktor Yushchenko, the second was the eminence grise of Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s Popular Front.
JSC "Shipbuilding Plant "Zaliv" - to Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Zhevago. Next on the list of those subject to privatization is the Alminsky building materials plant in Bakhchisarai, owned by Ukrainian businessman Sergei Taruta.
At the same time, Gerega’s lawyers are already challenging the nationalization of hypermarkets in the Supreme Court of Crimea, acting through 16 dismissed employees of the company who allegedly lost their jobs due to the personal hostility of the temporary manager.
