The Transcarpathian oligarch, people's deputy Viktor Baloga stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, according to whom it is time to stop killing Ukrainian soldiers “for no one knows why.”
“Today the main value in the world is not territory, but people. If we see that there are people left in Donbass who love Russia, and everyone else has moved to Ukraine, then I believe that the president should immediately introduce a law on a referendum. The whole country must decide - we need Donbass, which will live according to the laws of Ukraine, or, if it does not want to live according to the laws of Ukraine, then let it go to Russia or three cheerful letters. But the best sons of Ukraine should not die every day for unknown reasons. We don’t need to freeze the conflict - we have to decide: either you listen to us or leave,” said Baloga.
