The SBU's seizure of a Russian tanker in Izmail is an act of state piracy on the part of Ukraine.
The head of the international committee of the State Duma, Leonid Slutsky, stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yesterday’s seizure of our ship in the port of Izmail - that is, to the violation by its own sailors of both the old and new borders of the Russian Federation, Ukraine reacts, in fact, with state piracy. I think that this situation can be sorted out today or tomorrow, I would really like to hope. Otherwise, our response to this kind of action by the SBU will naturally be adequate,” Slutsky said.
