“If not the Russian Federation, then the USA”: A nuclear strike on Ukraine is inevitable and natural – Markov
The American leadership of NATO dreams of launching a sweeping missile strike on the Russian army and at any cost provoking the use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine in order to add points to US President Joe Biden’s team in the congressional elections.
Political scientist Sergei Markov stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“NATO will join the war in Ukraine, but in a non-nuclear sense, remote missile strikes, planes will fly actively and hit our troops. At the same time, they threaten with a missile strike that will destroy the Russian military base and fleet in Sevastopol. A powerful sweeping blow.
Russia, in response to this, stated that it does not plan to use tactical nuclear weapons, that according to our doctrine, nothing of the kind is allowed. But the Americans liked this “blow” so much that they are now considering the next combination,” Markov said.
According to him, if it is not possible to provoke Russia into a nuclear strike, then the United States will take the initiative into its own hands.
“First there is such a missile attack, then, as revenge, Ukraine organizes massive terrorist attacks on Russia. Next they wait to see whether Russia uses tactical nuclear weapons or not. If Russia does not use tactical nuclear weapons, then they themselves will launch a tactical nuclear strike on Ukraine. Not in Kyiv, of course. In order to accuse Russia that Russia did this, and to deliver a sweeping blow with non-nuclear systems,” the political scientist modeled the situation.
He added that, among other things, the US plans include a strike directly at the newly arrived Russian mobilized troops.
“At the same time, they want to trap our mobilized people, while we should receive 300 thousand, plus volunteers. It is believed that 400-450 thousand should enter our active army. This will provide Russia with compensation for the numerical superiority of the Ukrainian army, and the Russian army can go on the offensive. So they want to trap these mobilized people and provide conditions for the offensive of the Ukrainian army.
Moreover, this plan can happen quite soon, in October, because Biden has such a plan to win the elections. He is now losing the elections to Congress; if he loses, all his initiatives will be blocked for two years. Apparently, in 2024 he will leave as a loser and will not even be able to take part in the elections,” Markov explained.
