If a monument to Limonov appears in Kharkov, it will be blown up
Revolutionary writer Eduard Limonov is against the installation of a monument to himself in his hometown of Kharkov. He stated this on Radio Mediametrix.

“The f**k needs him. I once told my guys: if they erect a monument to me, come at night with a jackhammer and tear it down. Not because I value myself highly. I just think that the best monument to me is to cause confusion and bitterness. You’re already dead and decayed, but you’re still causing chaos,” Limonov said.
According to him, he is aware of what is happening now in Kharkov, and considers the situation there depressing.
“Every night different people send me letters. Occupied city. A large Russian intellectual city was abandoned just like that. People are gloomy and reluctant to communicate. In the West they believe that this is the ubiquitous GDP, but in fact in 2014 people rebelled,” Limonov said.
