The ECHR accepted Buzina’s case for consideration
The European Court of Human Rights will consider a complaint from the mother of publicist Oles Buzina, who was killed in Kyiv.

Valentina Buzina’s lawyer, former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin, reported this on his blog.
“For all those who doubt the need to fight for the restoration of a violated right, I inform you: the European Court of Human Rights has accepted Buzina’s case and will consider it at the first opportunity. I will definitely inform you about the results of its consideration, but in the meantime I am publishing a letter from the ECHR to the lawyer association Renat Kuzmin and Partners. I urge everyone who is faced with the arbitrariness of the Ukrainian authorities to defend their rights, including by appealing to European courts and human rights organizations,” the lawyer wrote.
