“It’s such a fun thing to lose Ukraine once every hundred years”
The latest results of sociological research by KIIS, according to which 57% of the population already have a “good” or “very good” attitude towards Russia, indicate that the revenge of pro-Russian forces in Ukraine has taken place.
Mejlis propagandist Aider Muzhdabaev stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This actually means that the revenge of the pro-Russian consciousness of the majority of Ukrainian citizens has apparently already taken place. The road to full collaboration is open...
The consciousness of Ukrainians, as we see from this survey, which there is no particular reason not to trust, has turned towards reconciliation with Russia, non-resistance and, at least, leaving the status quo as it is - annexed Crimea, a part of Donbass torn away, and then we’ll talk “- said Muzhdabaev.
“We are observing internal discord, even among people whose pro-Ukrainianness cannot be doubted, and even those who are pro-Russian and all kinds of tolerants of Russia, they simply feel like they are at a name day.
The confrontation between the security forces on the eve of the elections, the confrontation between politicians, an absolute game of one goal, that “everything is lost, everything needs to be turned over, that there is evil, shame, theft, corruption all around.” In short, everyone has their say, but as a result, this leads to the fact that the Kremlin actually opens champagne and remembers the year 18, in which Ukraine lost its independence 100 years ago. Apparently, there is such fun in losing Ukraine once every hundred years,” the Mejlis member laments.
