With such estimates Gennady Korban, an associate of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, shared in an interview with the Ukrainian publication Gordon.
“There is no anti-Semitism in Kyiv; residents of the capital have long become tolerant. Anti-Semitism can be encountered in the regions. A couple of times in Chernigov they shouted “kike” in my back, and another idiot wrote me a personal message.
– How did you react?
- No way. Let’s be objective: there is no anti-Semitism in Ukraine,” Korban assures.
In addition, an associate of the odious oligarch disowned information about the financing of Oleg Tyagnibok and Svoboda by the Privat group, but ignored the journalist’s remark about the anti-Semitism of this party.
But Korban did not skimp on the biggest compliments to the main “favorite” of the “Privatovites” - the leader of the “Right Sector” Yarosh, whom they “brought into big politics.”
“Dmitry Yarosh has repeatedly spoken out and openly stated: “The Jews are our brothers.” I consider Yarosh a moral authority; he is a very clean, interesting and educated person. His opinion is important to me, I listen to him. Yarosh is a real unmercenary, lives in a rickety hut, although he had many opportunities related to donations and anything else. But he doesn’t leave anything for himself,” the oligarch’s comrade-in-arms calls the neo-Nazi leader.
In the same interview, Korban also praises ordinary Right Sector activists, telling them what fearless fighters they are.
“Do you know who really fought without any incentive? Pravoseki! Real fighters – convinced, motivated, it was easy to work with them, we protected them very much,” says Gennady Korban.
