The commodity blockade of Crimea by Ukraine is illegal and directed against Ukraine - this is the populism of the “leaders” of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov. Coordinator of the Euromaidan-Crimea movement Sergei Mokrenyuk stated this on Hromadske TV.

According to him, this blockade is carried out by those who have all the powers and mechanisms at the legislative level to resolve these issues.
“Of course, there must be pressure on Russia and the Russian government in Crimea. But pressure should be exercised exclusively on the authorities and the state, and not on ordinary citizens who are there. In the form proposed by Chubarov and Dzhemilev, it looks to me like complete absurdity, zilch and populism. First of all, it's illegal. The legal way would be the work of people's deputies, who are Dzhemilev and Chubarov, the State Services for Crimean Affairs, the work of the Commissioner for Crimean Affairs, the staff of the Commissioner for the Affairs of the Crimean Tatar People. But no legal actions were taken to repeal the law on the free economic zone of Crimea,” Mokrenyuk said.
