Kyiv, May 24 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Euromaidan activists from Western Ukraine, who enlisted in the National Guard and arrived in Donbass, after participating in clashes, declare their readiness to compromise for the sake of peace - to agree to federalization and state status of the Russian language.

“Before the Maidan, I worked as a financial consultant. And those who work with numbers know how to calculate the development of events in advance. Let's say we cleared Slavyansk. Can you imagine how much blood there will be? We will never be forgiven for this! Evil begets evil. I think we need to make concessions to Donbass. The Russians also want federalization, so we have to give it. By the way, I am not against their condition on the disarmament of the Right Sector. I am ready to participate in this myself. A similar opinion was expressed by paratrooper Nikolai Gnidyuk. “There, in Slavyansk, of course, there are mercenaries. Both Chechens and Cossacks from Russia. But ordinary residents support them. We need to somehow come to an agreement with these people,” he said.
ATO participants told the publication that the actions of the command are often uncoordinated, military equipment breaks down (such as armored vehicles, which Iraq abandoned), and the rebels in Slavyansk are armed and equipped with communications equipment much better than the Ukrainian security forces.
