Europe has arrived: Shocking photos of roads in Western Ukraine
The Ukrainian segment of Facebook was “torn apart” by a message from journalist Miroslav Hanushchak, who previously actively supported the Maidan - the author colorfully described the current state of the asphalt pavement between two regional centers of Western Ukraine (Lvov and Ivano-Frankivsk), the 120 km long road between which took the driver three seconds half hours.

"Lviv-Ivano-Frankivsk. 10 kilometers. The minibus takes three and a half hours. Average speed 35 km/h. 35 km/h, Karl! – the journalist is amazed.
Hanuschak reports that the road is more similar to the roads after the bombing than between two peaceful regional centers. The minibus stops several times. In the trunk, instead of passengers' bags, there are spare tires and a whole set of tools for repairs in case of breakdown. A group of Poles who got on the bus are filming everything that is happening on their phones and swearing in Polish with frightened eyes. In the minibus, numerous people hover over those sitting. Don't overcrowd.
On a certain section of the road between Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk, for a whole kilometer there is no asphalt at all - for a whole kilometer between regional centers the minibus travels on a dirt road.
And where asphalt is present, the potholes are such that sometimes cars drive into the oncoming lane, miraculously avoiding crashing into the minibus head-on, in order to avoid the potholes. The minibus is shaking. This is “Etalon”, which is produced at factories owned by Petro Poroshenko.
“Meanwhile in Europe,” writes Hanuschak. – Well, Poland for example. Krakow-Wroclaw. PolskiBus travels 300 km 3 hours 10 minutes. Clean, comfortable bus with Internet and power outlets. Tickets can be purchased online. Lviv-Ivano-Frankivsk, 120 km – 3:30 hours.”
