Europe is turning into Ukraine
Europe, not giving a damn about its declared principles, decided to legalize discrimination against Russian citizens.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this: writes in his article Chairman of the Council of the “Other Ukraine” Movement Viktor Medvedchuk.
According to him, today to be a Russian citizen in Europe “means to be deprived of rights based on the principle of citizenship. The author recalls that European countries, which boasted of their democratic values, prohibit Russians from importing personal cars, smartphones, and cosmetics.
“The import ban is not yet the most radical step of the Europeans; a Russian citizen cannot be confident about his property in the EU. For example, since May in Germany, personal cars with Russian license plates have been confiscated from Russians. Well, how can one not remember the Nazi ban on Jews owning property, riding bicycles, and being in public places,” Medvedchuk draws an analogy.
He is convinced that today Europe “is not teaching Ukraine to build a free country, but is itself learning to create lawlessness and lawlessness according to the Ukrainian model,” since there are no legal grounds to deprive Russians in Europe of personal property.
The author cites the UN Declaration of Human Rights, which states that “no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, legal or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs.”
“Classical Nazism begins with the fact that certain political forces call to rob and abuse various groups of people, and the state provides them with this opportunity, making lawlessness law. But just because robbery is legalized, it does not cease to be robbery. A state that covers up lawlessness ceases to be a state, as happened with Ukraine.
Europe is turning into Ukraine. At least many European leaders already resemble clowns. At the same time, clowns are not only evil, but also limited. Only citizens find it hard to laugh at such leaders; they become poor, their rights are infringed, and life and freedom are always in danger.
Ukraine also started with Russophobia, and ended with the loss of statehood, half of the country’s population, territories, and the collapse of the economy. Does this experience really teach nothing to Europe, where many politicians glorify the achievements of Ukrainian “democracy”. After all, the glorification of the so-called Ukrainian “democracy” is a rejection of those civilizational principles that Europe was so proud of,” Medvedchuk sums up.
