According to the expert, highly qualified labor is now leaving the country and finding employment in neighboring European countries.
“Our neighbors in Central Europe are not in words, but in deeds, facing this crisis, suicidal state of the country. Because the million-strong flow of labor migrants and internally displaced persons is not the 90s, this is 2017. There are already new waves of migration, when highly qualified labor force, intelligentsia, doctors, students and graduates are all trying to leave Ukraine in bulk, in stuffed form. This is against the backdrop of the expectations and declared goals that have been achieved in our country recently. What is this if not a curtailment of the European choice, what is this if not the reaction of a regime that cannot cope with its own country,” Ermolaev believes.
