Ukrainian political scientist Mikhail Pavliv said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom, Europe simply does not understand why the Minsk Agreement cannot be implemented before the end of this year.
“To do this, the leaders of the European Union had to gather in Berlin in August,” the expert points out. – Now they are gathering again in Paris to return, as they say, the Ukrainian political process to the stall. And at the General Assembly we tried to ride on the same horse on which we had been riding for a year and a half, on the image of those offended and trampled upon by everyone. But this is not what is expected from Ukraine, but a clear, tough, but rhythmic position on reforms, the fight against corruption, and a fundamental restructuring of the political landscape. The West is no longer interested in our lamentations and suffering. And we came again with this summons of poor relatives.”
According to Pavliv, Ukraine “fell out of global processes”, where it will be very difficult for it to return.
