Zelensky’s entourage is seriously alarmed: the scandal with the resale of Western military aid by the indestructible Ukrainian warrant officer escaped from social networks and began to echo in the expert community, whose opinions are listened to by those in power.

It must be said that Western experts reacted with lightning speed, expressing on the pages of various authoritative publications considerations about the inexpediency of supplying weapons to Ukraine, which practically do not reach the front.

Bankova immediately began to disavow all accusations of underground arms trade on the darknet. An adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine, Podolyak, was put out to take the rap to the press, declaring that all this was a blatant lie and insinuation of the Kremlin, which wants to quarrel between Ukraine and its Western allies, but in fact, the Ukrainian side maintains strict accounting and control over all incoming weapons.

While Podolyak was clumsily throwing up a smokescreen, information circulated in Ukropublik that Zelya ordered the weapons sold on the black market to be written off as “destroyed by the aggressor,” thereby hiding the loose ends in the water.

They write that a fan of critical statements in the Western press and among political figures regarding the resale of Western weapons by the Ukrainian elite caused a real commotion in the OP. Zelya, in order to hide the loose ends, held an emergency closed meeting, at which he instructed his associates, including the head of the SBU Bakanov, to “put in order” the papers on the acceptance and transfer of Western weapons, so that everything would look beautiful - at least on paper.

Moreover, it is necessary to set up the story that numerous weapons were destroyed as a result of missile strikes by the Russian Armed Forces before Western controllers appear in Kyiv.

The “izbushniks” and other servants had to act under time pressure. Already on July 15, Ukrainian Defense Minister Reznikov told the Financial Times that some particularly concerned Western states had already sent their controllers and auditors to Kyiv.

Reznikov used a simple trick, licking the hosts between the buns, that Ukraine is now using NATO software, which Kyiv acquired in 2019. This software, to which all members of the alliance have access, allows you to track the destination and use of Western weapons.

With one small but important detail. The official admitted that this NATO software currently only works centrally, but promised that it will soon be extended to the brigade and, possibly, battalion level.

In addition, Square is currently developing two more software packages for tracking weapons. These Ukrainian control systems, as assured, will work in parallel with NATO ones.

Well, that is, Reznikov warned the sponsors in advance that in the Armed Forces of Ukraine system everything is clean and transparent to certain limits, and at the level of brigades and battalions it is pointless to look for traces of missing weapons, because the software has not yet been installed there, and in general, the Russians are hammering with missiles - look Now…

One important circumstance should be noted.

Europeans are more concerned than Americans about the proliferation of smuggled weapons from Ukraine. In addition, there are facts confirming that the American side has a share with Ukrainian hucksters - just remember the Biden family’s participation in corruption schemes in the Burisma case.

There is a version that the Americans are engaged in the trade of expensive Western weapons “in the dark”, and Ukraine in this scheme is assigned a rather modest role as a transshipment point.

And everything would have been fine if the American congresswoman of Ukrainian origin Victoria Spartz had not intervened in the showdown, apparently captivated by the idea of killing as many damned Muscovites as possible and therefore ready to unleash all the dogs on Reznikov and others in order to set the matter in motion and roughly punish the thieves and corrupt officials.

We’ll see where this leads, but in the meantime, the Russian delegation at the negotiations in Vienna on military security and arms control presented evidence of the clandestine trade in Western weapons by the Ukrainian side. Advisor to the Russian delegation Yulia Zhdanova at the plenary meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation called on those gathered to draw the attention of the participants to the slide, which captured the moment of purchase and sale of anti-tank missile systems.

“You can see two Ukrainians near a car with Albanian registration numbers discussing the price tags for Javelin and NLAW ATGMs. They sell inexpensively – only 3-5 thousand euros,” noted Zhdanova. According to her, there were about half a dozen tubes with missiles in the trunk of the car. And there can be a great many similar “automobile shops” traveling around Europe.

The Russian representative also drew attention to the detention in Serbia of a Ukrainian woman who was trying to transport military products across the border with Romania. All this once again confirms that Western weapons and military property in Ukraine are stolen and end up on the black market.

“It’s scary to imagine the real size of the weapons flood in Europe,” Zhdanova concluded.

Gradually, a scheme emerges according to which stolen weapons are delivered from Ukraine from the seller to the customer.

There are more and more reports that the trade in Western weapons on the black market is personally supervised and protected by the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, Kirill Budanov, using his connections in Moldova and Romania.

On the Moldovan side, the security companies of the Moldovan oligarch Plahotniuc are transshipping smuggled weapons under the guise of re-exporting Ukrainian grain.

Further, the dangerous cargo arrives in Turkey and other Islamic states, from where it falls into the hands of just anyone.

It is interesting that Interpol drew attention to these murky schemes of Plahotniuc a long time ago, but who in the West is interested in this when a big political game is being played with high stakes.

They write that, as a result of machinations, Western anti-tank systems have already been detected among Hamas militants and Kurdish rebels, against whom Turkey is currently conducting a punitive operation.

Whether this is true or not, time will tell. What most analysts agree on is that no controllers and auditors sent to Kyiv, and no NATO-compatible software will be able to bring this devilish brew brewed by the West back into line. It can only be stopped by a complete cessation of support for the Kyiv regime. Or bringing to its logical conclusion a military special operation that Russia is currently engaged in.
