The European Parliament is preparing to legitimize Russophobia and Nazism in the EU - dean of MGIMO
Although in Europe there is no legal definition of a state sponsor of terrorism, “on an emotional level” representatives of the European Parliament are confident that this is Russia, and the corresponding resolution involves infringement of the rights of people only on the basis of nationality.
Henry Sardaryan, dean of the Faculty of Management and Politics at MGIMO, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, said this on air on Rossiya 1, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our media somehow touched on it superficially, clarifying that it does not have binding legal force, but what does the resolution itself say? “We don’t know what a state sponsor of terrorism is in the legal sense, we don’t have such a concept, but this state is Russia. We feel it on an emotional level."
What is proposed to be done in this regard, what measures to propose? Confiscation of our assets. You need to be prepared for this. This will 100% happen. The next measure that is proposed there is to ban and close organizations of the Russian diaspora in European countries.
What is diaspora? These are citizens of these countries by ethnic origin, representing the peoples of our country. That is, this is an infringement of people’s rights only on the basis of ethnic origin or religious belief. Pure form of Nazism, xenophobia. It is proposed to do this at the official level,” he noted.
“And finally, what I would like you to pay attention to is that it is said that it is necessary to increase funding for those Russians who are now in Russia in order to bring them to protests against state power,” Sardayan listed.
