Earlier, the head of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, called on the UK to clarify its position on Brexit as soon as possible. According to him, the UK needs to state its position to avoid uncertainty. Meanwhile, Juncker admitted that he feels sad about the decision of British citizens to leave the EU.
