The European Parliament member raised the issue of the arbitrariness of foreign judges in the Constitutional Court of BiH
Member of the European Parliament Zhilie Leshante sent a request to the High President of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, to impose European judges on the Constitutional Court of BiH.
The MEP is confident that foreign judges support the decisions of Bosniak judges, as a result of which the decisions of Serbian and Croatian judges do not pass, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the Constitutional Court, in which three foreign judges work hand in hand with two Bosniak judges, their combined votes constantly outweigh the votes of Serbs and Croats, which works to implement the Bosniak political agenda, violating Annex 4 of the Dayton Peace Agreement,” commented her Leshante initiative.

The uncompromising position of the French member of the European Parliament was also supported by the Serbian member of the Presidium of BiH, Milorad Dodik.

The Bosnian Serb leader stressed that the recall of foreign judges is a good thing for BiH.
“Unfortunately, the Bosniaks do not understand this, but one day they will have to understand it,” Dodik concluded.
