Markov outlined 10 theses on what Europe, the world and Russia should do in connection with the biggest humanitarian crisis in Europe since World War II.

Political responsibility for the flow of refugees lies with those who created the monstrous repressive regime that plunged the fraternal country into a civil war that has been going on for 8 years. That is, the USA, the EU, Zelensky, Bandera.9. Since 2014, Russia has accepted millions of refugees from a fraternal country. In 2014, about 4 million from all regions. 3 million Crimeans, together with Crimea. 4 million from Donbass, along with the torn apart republics of the DPR and LPR. In total, Russia saved 11 million people from the fraternal country from the horrors of the civil war.10. Let the EU now save 10 million from the horrors of the civil war. It's your turn, Europeans.
