European police raided the house of the press secretary of the Kosovo Liberation Army
Former press secretary of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UCK) Jakup Krasniqi was arrested in his own home in the Glogovac community.

According to available information, the arrest was made by members of the European occupation police mission in Kosovo EULEX. It is expected that today Krasinić will be transferred to The Hague to appear before the Special Court for Kosovo and Metohija, which accuses a number of UCK leaders of war crimes.

“A search is being carried out, this is an unnecessary spectacle for those who are going through the Special Court,” Krasnichi’s lawyer, Arian Koci, was indignant when commenting to reporters. “There was no need for such a performance!”
