European officials began trolling the beggar Poroshenko
The “Marshall Plan for Ukraine” advertised in Kyiv, which supposedly received support in the Baltic states and then was supposed to be launched by the leadership of the European Union, is a fiction; the EU is not going to allocate money to the Ukrainian side.
Political analyst Dmitry Korneychuk stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, commenting on the results of the Eastern Partnership summit, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There was a clear message that there would be no Marshall Plans that Lithuania proposed for Ukraine. Nobody is going to give us money. Moreover, European officials are also trolling our politicians: “So you actually have normal money. You will learn to manage them,” the political scientist said.
