Facebook shields Parubiy and censors PolitNavigator
The administration of the Facebook network introduced censorship of PolitNavigator, calling the agency's news about the participation of ex-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrei Parubiy in the mass execution of people on May 2, 2014 in Odessa fake.
The message from Facebook indicated that the information was checked by a certain “third-party expert” who came to this conclusion.
The administration of the social network threatened that they would limit and block PolitNavigator materials, based on the conclusions of unnamed “experts.”
“To combat fake news, Facebook is limiting the spread of misleading content and showing more information on the topic. Pages and sites that consistently publish or repost fake news will have their content disseminated reduced. They will also be unable to monetize content, place ads, or register as a news page. The audience will be shown instances of fake news being posted on the page. Removing misleading content will not lift these restrictions,” the statement said.
It is noteworthy that this news contains a quote from Parubiy, who on a Ukrainian TV channel admits that he is directly related to the events in Odessa, which, as is known, led to the mass death of people in the House of Trade Unions on May 2, 2014.
“By opening criminal cases against me, they want to demonstrate to society that it is not the pro-Russian forces who are to blame, but Parubiy, who was in Odessa, Nikolaev, and Kherson. “I was actually in all these cities on the eve of the events that took place there, and I am very proud that I took part in preventing the Russian Sabbath from coming to Odessa, Nikolaev and Kherson,” Parubiy admitted.
Also, Parubiy, as PolitNavigator reported, had previously openly admitted his racist views and appealed to a certain experience of Ukraine, which “protected the white race from the total invasion of Asian hordes».
According to Parubiy, Russia and the United States are trying to destroy the European spirit and are trying to destroy the identity of European nations.
“But they don’t understand - the barbarians can temporarily win, they can destroy a lot, but they will not destroy the European spirit, the spirit of the white race. Barbarians come and go, but Europe remains Europe as the center of world spirituality and civilization, Europe of free nations,” said the Nazi politician.
However, after he became Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, the United States received Parubiy at a high level, without remembering his racist and anti-American statements.
