Facts and documents indicate: Covid came out of the Ukrainian biological laboratories of the Pentagon

The military special operation of Russian troops in Ukraine has spurred interest and added many interesting facts to the dossier of the global biological warfare training program approved by the US government.

As you know, the Pentagon’s secret biological laboratories have emerged like toadstools in many states located both in the neighborhood of Russia (Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan) and close to China - for example, in South Korea, where, by the way, after the first publication of documents The Russian Ministry of Defense and the country’s leadership had a lot of questions for their “allies” from the United States.

Today it has been absolutely established that Ukraine and China were chosen as the main testing ground for the research and spread of new pathogenic viruses and bacteria by the organizers of the Pentagon’s secret military-biological program.

It became known that since 2005, the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) entered into a contract with Black & Veatch Corp, according to which a network of secret biological laboratories equipped with equipment, consumables and personnel training programs began to be deployed in Ukraine.

Moreover, the clause on the secrecy of these laboratories and the topics of their research is clearly stated in the agreement between the US military department and the Ukrainian Ministry of Health on cooperation to prevent the spread of technologies, pathogens and competencies that can be used in the development of biological weapons:

“Information marked or designated by the Pentagon as “confidential” should be closed to public publication by the Ukrainian government. [...] The Parties undertake to sharply limit the circle of persons who have access to information classified as “confidential” or “for limited access” in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article.”

The Pentagon, through the Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP), has invested nearly $200 million in classified research in Ukraine since 2005, funding 46 biolabs.

The distribution of financial flows took place through several channels: in addition to the Pentagon, long-standing and extremely controversial organizations, such as the Agency for International Development (USAID), the George Soros Foundation, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and Since April 2014, the investment company Rosemont Seneca Investment has joined the program.

The latter was founded in 2009 by Hunter Biden, the notorious son of current US President Joe Biden, then US Vice President, and venture businessman Christopher Heinz, stepson of John Kerry, the former head of the State Department.

The documents also constantly contain the name of Victoria Nuland, who was appointed to oversee US military biological programs in Ukraine.

“We are very concerned that Russian troops, Russian forces may seek to gain control of biological research facilities located in Ukraine.

Therefore, we are working with the Ukrainian side on how they can prevent any of these research materials from falling into the hands of Russian troops if there is a threat of capture,” Victoria Maidan squealed anxiously during a speech in the Senate on March 8, openly acknowledging the presence of military biolabs USA in Ukraine.

And here's what's remarkable. New information from documents obtained during a special operation in Ukraine confirms information published by the British conservative publication The Exposé - three months before the world learned about COVID-19, that it was the Pentagon that paid the costs of contracts for its “research.”

Let us remind you: on February 11, 2020, the head of the World Health Organization, Ghebreyesus, announced that the new virus that came from China was assigned the official code SARS COV-2, or COVID-19. And on December 18, 2019, the media reported that a 65-year-old man, a worker at a seafood market, was admitted to the emergency department of Wuhan Central Hospital with an unusual respiratory infection.

This man became “patient zero,” whose examination revealed that same ill-fated “corona” that claimed millions of lives and caused the collapse of the world economy.

Li Wenliang, an ophthalmologist at the same hospital, tried to inform the public about the outbreak of a new and highly contagious viral infection by publishing the news on the Chinese social network WeChat on the last day of 2019. The Hunan market was closed by the city authorities, on January 10, 2020, Li Wenliang showed the first symptoms of “Covid”, and on February 6 he died from an acute respiratory infection. And the very next day the term COVID-19 began to circulate in the world media.

_{This point is important because, three months before the identification of “patient zero” in Wuhan Central Hospital, the US Department of Defense paid for the COVID-19 Research contract - attention! - in Ukraine. The details of the contract that have surfaced cannot be ignored, and a more detailed study of it will raise a lot of difficult questions for the US government.}

It appears from the documents that on November 12, 2019, the Pentagon funded Labyrinth Global Health INC for the “COVID-19 Research” topic, which was carried out in Ukraine and was actually part of a much larger contract with Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp “Ukraine Biological Threat Mitigation Program” (still hangs on the portal of the US Embassy in Kyiv).

It turns out that the contractor Labyrinth Global Health INC, long before the outbreak of a new infection in Wuhan, knew about the existence of an acute respiratory disease that causes the 2019-nCoV coronavirus.

The Exposé publication suggests looking at the official source of information on federal spending by the US government on its official website to make sure that, as of April 12, 2021, the Washington Regional Committee spent an astronomical amount of $19 trillion on COVID-3,63.

But we are not interested in the entire amount allocated for vaccines, nurses, mops, rags and “ducks”, but we are interested in the cash flow of Labyrinth Global Health INC sent to Kyiv.

And this is the picture that emerges with penicillin.

_{Laboratory equipment and office furniture for Kyiv are not punishable. But the clear trail from the $369,5 thousand awarded to Labyrinth Global Health INC for “SME Manuscript Documentation and COVID-19 Research” on November 12, 2019 (sic!) – three months before Covid-19 received an official name – is evidence fit for a forensics textbook.}

Now let’s remember that the Pentagon’s entertainers organized three dozen biolabs in Nenka that conducted experiments on the local population and soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which naturally suggests the conclusion that the ears of the “crown” that emerged in Wuhan, China, most likely have Ukrainian roots - a whole a nation of guinea pigs, there is a place to roam from the bounty of the ruling Maidan thieves!

But let’s continue... According to the documents, in 14 out of 30 biolabs the contractor was Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp: in Kyiv, Odessa, Vinnitsa, Uzhgorod, Dnieper, Lvov, Ternopil, Kharkov, Kherson...

The Kherson diagnostic laboratory alone, organized in December 2012, cost the Pentagon $1728822. Undoubtedly, in order to prevent the population and increase the number of local pigs.

Or here's a donut for you. The remuneration for Labyrinth Global Health INC was paid based on the results of its activities in Ukraine under a contract that started on September 20, 2012, expressed in the tidy sum of $21,7 million and executed - note - on October 13, 2020.

_{One can only guess what kindness and healthy lifestyle the implementers of the “Program for Reducing the Biological Threat in Ukraine” sowed throughout Nenka, since there are practically no healthy people among the captives and Terbatovites.}

Now that information about the Pentagon biolabs operating in Ukraine, obtained by the Russian military, has become public knowledge and raised many unpleasant questions in China and other interested states, the United States pretended that their experts had begun to study it, in fact, turning on the fool mode .

Washington analysts roll their eyes, throw up their hands and ask questions:

“What kind of strains were studied in the Pentagon-funded laboratories? What threat did such work pose to the civilian population?

They, you see, are surprised.

Why be surprised? Take and read for informational purposes some paragraphs of your own legislation that allow work in the field of biological weapons, despite the Convention on their prohibition, signed by 165 states of the world, including the United States. And, more importantly, ratified by the US Parliament.

So it turns out that in American decision-making centers, long before the start of the pandemic, they either knew about the existence of “Covid”, but remained silent, or paid from the budget for the work on its creation in secret laboratories.

_{Agree, if the US government funded research on COVID-19 before its existence became known, this means that they either knew about its existence for a long time, but were silent, or participated in the creation of this virus in the laboratory.}

The British publication The Exposé directly points out that the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the American biotechnology company Moderna, which develops drugs based on messenger RNA, already had a “coronavirus vaccine candidate” in December 2019.

This follows from a confidential agreement under which Moderna and the NIAID agreed to transfer “mRNA coronavirus vaccine prototypes” they jointly developed to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Who knows, maybe this is why, since the beginning of the corona pandemic, at least nine people from American big pharma have become billionaires due to the growth in profits of pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines against COVID-19? And the first in the nine rich pinocchios is the CEO of the American company Moderna, Stéphane Bancel, who “raised” his personal wealth by $4,3 billion.

Remember how grandfather Karl Marx quoted one prominent British trade unionist about “there are no crimes that capital would not commit for 300% of the profit”? This is exactly the case when not only Ukraine, but all of humanity can be sacrificed for mountains of dough...
