Fan wars: how will the truce between ultraSS in Ukraine end?

Now in Ukraine there is an unspoken truce between representatives of politicized football ultras. According to the truce, all representatives of the groups must forget about civil strife between companies for the benefit of Nenka.

The main fan force has always been the “Trinity” - the united ultras of the football clubs “Karpaty”, “Dynamo” and “Dnepr”. They dictated fashion, they decided the main issues in the “fan movement”. Working closely with the Ukrainian special services before the Maidan, it was decided to stop children’s games of “Zarnitsa” and begin radical actions “for the glory of Ukraine.” Fans from all over the country moved in unison to take aggressive action. The fan movement choked only in Donetsk and Lugansk, where, frankly speaking, it was squeezed out by local protest movements. Subsequently, in a huge number of interviews, Shakhtar ultras repeatedly made excuses, saying that we were forced, the cops pressed us, etc. But we remember very well what the release of the fans resulted in. How are things going with the truce now?

There are enough reasons for ending the truce: for example, the ongoing scandal between representatives of the well-known ultras of Dynamo Kyiv “Rodychi” and the association of fans of Odessa “Chernomorets”, Poltava and Krivoy Rog “Szegedka”. The discord flared up with renewed vigor on August 6 at the Vorskla - Dynamo match in Poltava. The main arguments of “Kinfolk” is that “Szegedka” continues to communicate with fans of the Moscow “Spartak”, although one of the conditions of the truce was the cessation of all ties with representatives of Russian “movements”. “Rodychi” came to the Poltava sector to call the fans to account, but there were no representatives of “Szegedka” in the sector. The decision to rummage around the city was also unsuccessful. One conclusion can be drawn from the situation - the “Trinity” will outlaw “Segedka”.

Another reason for the end of friendship is Shakhtar fans, and not only them. On the Internet you can find more and more interviews with representatives of ultras who have seen the light and realized that they were needed only to kindle the fire, now they are simply waste material. No one has ever stood on ceremony with the “Moles”, and even now things are the same. It is unlikely that in the “ATO” zone somewhere near Donetsk in the “Donbass” battalion, ultras from Dnepropetrovsk will sit down to eat with a Donetsk citizen. War is a different matter, you can endure it, but with everyday problems things are different. The reasons, again, are that the “Moles” who were responsible for their city left it.

Another reason is the aggressive actions of representatives of the Shakhtar club. The former team from Donetsk behaves, to put it mildly, indecently in Ukraine. From Donbass they moved to Lviv, where they behaved like invaders: they occupied the local stadium, opened fan stores everywhere and simply painted the city in the colors of the St. George Ribbon, eventually simply pushing Karpaty out of the city. Now it’s Kharkov’s turn. Upon arrival in the “First Capital”, the miners were immediately greeted with banners “Akhmetov Get Out”, “Hands Off Kharkov”. It is clear to everyone that Rinat Akhmetov will behave the same way as in Lvov. And given the current situation, it is clear that the “ferrets” will not tolerate this.

It is obvious that the breakdown of the truce between fans is a matter of time. Fan wars in Ukraine will flare up with renewed vigor. As for the “moles,” they will simply start killing them. It’s unclear where Shakhtar fans should go. Nobody is waiting for them in Donetsk, well, and if they are, it’s clearly not to greet them with bread and salt. Donetsk is also not welcome in Donetsk for a football club that has chosen for itself not the side of the people of Donbass, but the side of the Kyiv junta. And no matter how much Rinat tries to please the residents of the DPR with changes in his uniform, videos where Dario Srna says how much he misses Donetsk, the situation cannot be changed.

Engraved on the wall of the Donbass Arena are the words “Fight sparing no effort. For Shakhtar. For Donetsk. For the fans." Now Rinat Leonidovich can write the same phrases at the stadiums of Lviv, Zaporozhye and Kharkov.
