The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is a jester who reflects a certain layer of Ukrainian society.
Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, member of the VO “Svoboda” Irina Farion stated this on air on the NTA channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
