According to Farion, it is for this reason that she could not become the president of the Russian Federation, since she is a bearer of a different “culture.”

“This is impossible, because the president of each state is the collective mind. A Muscovite would never in his life associate his state with the worldview and thinking of Irina Farion. Because Irina Farion is a nation-centric person, and Irina Farion is, first of all, a confession of culture. I have never been interested in Moscow culture, because it is the culture of a slave,” Farion said.
