Farion shines: Odessa was turned into Banderstat - cooler than Lviv
The scandalous Ukrainian nationalist, ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Farion visited Odessa in connection with her Bandera affairs and was pleasantly surprised that there was no living place in the city without “yellow-blaky ensigns”, inscriptions “Glory to Ukraine” and portraits of the ghoul Stepan Bandera.
She shared her impressions on the Lvov NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I was amazed at the number of our national flags on almost every house, which is absolutely not the case in Lviv. And if the house does not have our saint’s flag, drenched in blood, then blue and yellow paints must be applied to parts of the house.
At the site of the monument to the man who killed our Sich, destroyed the hetmanate, enslaved our peasantry, introduced the Moscow language to the Kiev-Mohyla Academy, there is a blue and yellow flag. On the street, where possible, the slogans “Glory to Ukraine” and, of course, images of Stepan Bandera are painted on fences and slabs. Here’s modern Odessa!” Farion admired.
At the same time, Bandera’s followers were incredibly inspired by the fact that in Odessa there is now no “coffee”, but there is “kava”.
“These signs of Ukrainian Odessa at every step are impressive and stunning. And the peak was when I saw that in the center of Odessa there was a coffee shop “A Cup of Coffee” (“Filizhanka Kavy” - Farion also rejoices at the Galicianism in the name - ed.), that in Odessa there is not a single “coffee”, but only “kavyarni” . And when we went for lunch, the waiters communicated with you in such a melodious language that it seemed to you that you were having lunch somewhere in some institution of the Ukrainian language institute, for example.
This is how I saw Odessa in two days, although I do not deny that, of course, there are a number of problems of an ideological nature. But we must build on this core. And the core that I met, I saw that it was a synthesis of young people and mature people, and elderly people. This meeting witnessed the chain of generations, this is extremely important,” the Nazi cracked.
