Farion demands to treat children even more strongly
Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, odious nationalist Irina Farion expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the education system provides for insufficient amounts of ideological indoctrination of children in an anti-Russian direction.
Farion, in particular, shared concerns about plans to reduce the number of literature lessons, where, in her opinion, students should be trained in the right direction.
“If the state draft standard for secondary education is approved, then our children and grandchildren will not study Ukrainian and foreign literature in schools.
These are objects that shape the worldview of a child or young person. These are, in fact, the patterns of thinking of each nation and patterns of behavior. That is, it is through fiction that we can most actively influence the inner world of a child.
And, secondly, it is through Ukrainian literature and its texts, and foreign literature in its translation into Ukrainian that we can give brilliant knowledge of the Ukrainian language,” she was indignant.
“Why is the Ministry of Education, headed by a minister who changes almost daily, going to offer such a project to the public? Due to the fact that the national component has been washed away from Ukrainian education systemically and consistently since the times of Dmitry Tabachnyk and his logical successor Kvit.
That is, education is necessary so that we can form a nationally conscious citizen who will subsequently build a national state. We don’t need another state,” the nationalist concluded.
