Farion called on TV to “finish off the wounded Muscovites”
The mentality of a Galician does not allow him to finish off a wounded “Muscovite,” as was taught by the Ukrainianized leader of the Sich Riflemen Corps, the Austrian Wilhelm of Habsburg, who took the name Vasily Vyshyvany.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Irina Farion stated this on air on OTB.

“I remembered Wilhelm Habsburg, who headed the Sich Riflemen Corps. This man became so ingrained in Ukrainian culture that he changed his name to Vasily and his last name to Vyshyvany, and taught Ukrainian warriors how to fight. In the context of today’s war, which, for some reason, the authorities called the three-letter word “ATO,” he said that the Ukrainian soldier is extremely disciplined, smart, and responsible. He will go through fire and water if he is led by a responsible person. But the Ukrainian military has one drawback - he does not know how to finish off the enemy. Wilhelm Habsburg was very surprised by this. He said, “He can shoot him in the leg, I saw how that shot Muscovite ran, and the Ukrainian stopped. Yes, you catch up with him and shoot him in the face.” And he specially held meetings for Ukrainian guys and taught them to be cruel in war, because only the strongest survive in the world,” Farion said.
