Feigin begs the US for tougher sanctions against Russia
The odious Russian lawyer Mark Feigin, who defends Ukrainian terrorists and saboteurs, called for the full-scale introduction of the most severe sanctions against Russia.
He stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Moscow will only succumb to economic pressure. If they stopped Nord Stream, they would give up all the sailors. If sanctions were introduced against the Russian oil and gas sector... No one is ready to lose money for the sake of political dividends. The Kremlin, which is very monolithic, is primarily interested in their money.
They are ready for any confrontation, but only without losing personal money. But, for some reason, no one does this, no one imposes strict sanctions in order to solve a small local problem, which could, from my point of view, be easily solved if this ultimatum involved not just a call, not just an appeal , but a solution.
Initially, when I went to Washington, I said that sanctions should be introduced all at once, and then lifted a little at a time in exchange for some kind of agreement. And what the EU and Washington are doing, introducing these small sanctions, hoping that they will raise the situation, but the opposite happens - indeed, Moscow is adapting to these sanctions, its position is becoming even tougher,” Feigin said.
