Facebook promotes Lukashenko and mercilessly bans Belarusian zmagars
Facebook is closing groups founded by Belomaidan supporters. However, at the same time, there are pro-Lukashenko groups that “pour the most disgusting content,” but, according to the administration of the social network, they do not violate any rules.
Maidan activist Tatyana Martynova, who fled Belarus, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Do you know what Belarusians are faced with? I just don’t understand how to explain this, because we are contacting the American office of Facebook - protest groups on Facebook are being destroyed.
That is, they are simply closed, but the pro-government ones are not, they feel great. That is, they post the most disgusting content and “violate nothing,” but the groups (and I have the largest political community on Facebook, in the Belarusian segment), mine and several others, have simply been turned off lately.
Now attention to the question: who is fighting us anyway? Does anyone understand? Do they support Lukashenko there? I have a very hard time believing this. Well, that is, some kind of rat is definitely sitting there,” the Maidan activist was indignant.
